Open discussion - Immigration - Weds 1st June afternoon

An open, free, discussion entitled "How do we arrive at a fair, humane and workable approach to immigration?"  Introduced by Mary Atkinson from the Joint Council for the Welfare of immigrants.

Wednesday 1st June starting at 1-30pm until 2-45pm.

This will lead to a discussion, for an understanding of the issues, rather than trying to come up with policies.

This is next in our series of public meetings under the title of "Exploring Current Issues". These meetings are being organised by Petersfield Lib Dems but they are for everyone and are designed to promote awareness and enhance understanding of important topics.

Wednesday 1st June starting at 1-30pm until 2-45pm.

Hosted by One Tree Books on Lavant Street, upstairs at the bookshop, free of charge. Coffee is available in the shop.

If you plan to come please let us know, by email [email protected]
The following meeting is on Wednesday 6th July. "How can we start to address the ongoing crisis in the availability and affordably of housing in Britain?"
