Alton Wooteys

Pam Bradford – Liberal Democrat Candidate

Pam is a very experienced Councillor having served on Alton Town Council for may years and has been Mayor three times. She has been on most of the committees and worked hard on projects like the new Fennimore Pavilion, the additional Skate park in Anstey Park and Kings Pond. Pam spent time on the Youth Council while it was going.  She is most proud of having been Alton’s first Lady Mayor.

Pam says, “I cannot make promises at this moment other than if you are prepared to trust me and vote for me on May 2nd I will do my very best for Alton, which over the years has been very good to me.”

Cllr. Graham Tiiterington – Liberal Democrat Candidate

Graham has felt honoured to serve the residents of Wooteys Ward for 4 years, which has faced many challenges. As vice chair of the Planning and Transport Committee Graham has scrutinised the major housing developments that the town has had to accept, to improve standards for new residents and neighbours alike. Graham worked on the liaison committee for the Cadnams Farm development, to ensure the replacement of disabled parking bays for residents of Gilmour Gardens, and examining plans to manage surface flooding in the area.

Graham is Chair of Wooteys Resident’s association and has been working with residents and across political parties to improve public transport for residents of Wooteys and the Manor Estate.

Graham says, “The loss of a regular bus service has led to much hardship and I have worked with the resident’s association and Community First to deliver a community service that we hope to start very soon.”
