Darren, originally from New Zealand was elected to the House of Representatives at age 24 and served across three parliaments in
various responsible posts.
New Zealand has had proportional representation for nearly 20 years, and Darren is a firm believer in its ability to represent people more fairly and to change the culture of politics for the better.
There will be a chance to have a lively question and answer session from the floor after his talk.
